Q: Can I change my payment due date?

A: Unfortunately, payment due dates cannot be changed as they are based on the original contract that was signed


Q: What are my payment options?

A: We offer several payment options, including:

  • Paying Online
  • Paying over the phone
  • Paying by mail
  • Paying by ACH

Q: How can I pay online?

A: To make a payment online, or set up recurring automatic payments, click here!


Q: Does United Quest Financial have a grace period?

A: No, you are required to make each payment on the due date specified in your contract. Payments received after the due date will be considered past due. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from making payments on time, please notify us as soon as possible at:

Q: Can I make payments directly towards my principal?

A: Yes, you can! Give us a call at: 305-576-2040, Option#2, during our regular business hours
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
and one of our reprisentatives will be happy to help apply the payment towards the principal.


Q: Can I refinance my vehicle?

A: Unfortunately, United Quest Financial does not offer the opportunity to refinance your vehicle through us. But if you maintain a good payment history, you may have the opportunity to refinance through another financial institution, such as a bank or credit union


Q: Can I get financed through a Dealer Partner?

A: We have partnerships with dealers in seven states where we are currently licensed to do business. If the dealer is not signed with us have them get in contact with us; however the decision to deliver a vehicle is solely on the dealer partners.


Q: How do I get a payoff on my account?

A: You can call one of our representaties at 305-576-2040, Option#2, during our regular business hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST to get your payoff.


Q: What are my insurance requirements?

A: United Quest Financial, Inc. requires that you maintain at least the minimum required levels of liability insurance, comprehensive and collision insurance coverage until your account is paid in full.
Comprehensive: $500
Collision: $500
